Japan Caribbean Carnival & Carnival Village 2025 Activity Report<\/span><\/h2>

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (a national holiday), we held the \u201cJapan Caribbean Carnival & Carnival Village 2025\u201d at the Saitama Circuit Akigase with the aim of promoting international exchange.<\/span><\/p>

The carnival attracted nearly 200 participants from both Japan and abroad, and the Carnival Village, held concurrently, was a huge success, drawing many visitors from other prefectures as well.<\/span><\/p>

It was a profoundly meaningful day for cultural exchange, featuring performances by local Trinidad and Tobago artists such as \u201cPREEDY\u201d and \u201cDING DONG,\u201d as well as Japan-based groups including \u201cPanorise Color,\u201d who play the steel pan\u2014an instrument originating in Trinidad and Tobago\u2014and Japanese taiko drummer Taisei Otonuma and his group \u201cWadaiko Iroha.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved for their cooperation, as well as to all the guests who attended.<\/span><\/p>
